How ebager works

ebager connects 30+ local Danish bakeries with companies, cafés, institutions and private customers who want fresh bread delivered to their door. Here's how it works in practice.

1. Order before 10 PM

Log in to the shop and pick from hundreds of products from your local bakery — rye bread, rolls, pastries, Danish, croissants, cakes and celebration bread. Order cut-off is 10 PM the day before delivery.

2. The baker bakes overnight

Your order lands on the baker's picking list. Dough proves overnight, and loaves typically come out of the oven between 3 and 6 AM. We only work with bakeries we'd shop at ourselves.

3. The driver delivers before 9 AM

Our own drivers run the route each morning — first deliveries are out by 6:30 AM. You pick "ring bell", "leave at door" or a custom note.

4. Pay how you prefer

Private customers pay by card at order (amount authorised, captured on delivery). Businesses can become account customers with one monthly invoice and 10-day terms.
