Common cases
- Missing item — credited on next invoice (or card authorisation reduced)
- Wrong item delivered — credited and, if you still want it, sent out as soon as we can
- Damaged in transit — full credit, no questions
- No-show delivery — call +45 70 27 33 11; the driver is usually on the way
How to report
- Log in to the customer panel and open the order
- Click "Report issue" — pick the item(s) and add a note
- We handle it the same business day

Deadline
Claims for missing or wrong items must reach us within 48 hours of delivery so we can loop back with the baker.
