How to report

  1. Log in to the customer panel and open the order
  2. Click "Report issue" — pick the item(s) and add a note
  3. We handle it the same business day

Can't log in? Email info@ebager.dk — just as fast.

Deadline

Claims for missing or wrong items must reach us within 48 hours of delivery so we can loop back with the baker.
