These terms apply to all orders placed on ebager.dk. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
1. Provider

2. Prices and products
All prices shown include Danish VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices and mark items as sold-out — unfulfillable items are credited.
3. Delivery
Deliveries happen on business days before 9 AM to the address given at order. Cut-off is 10 PM the day before. A delivery fee applies (shown at checkout).
4. Payment
Private customers pay by card (Dankort, Visa, MasterCard). The amount is authorised at order and captured on delivery. Account customers receive a monthly invoice with 10-day net terms. Late payment triggers a reminder fee of DKK 100 and interest at the statutory Danish rate.
5. Cancellation
Because the goods are perishable foodstuffs, the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18(2)(4) excludes the right of withdrawal. Cancellations or edits can be made until 10 PM the day before delivery.
6. Claims
Missing or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See Missing items & mistakes.
7. Personal data
We process your data under GDPR and our privacy policy. Name, address, email and phone are used only to handle orders, delivery and invoicing.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be brought before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby, kfst.dk. EU residents may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
